Senior Project Specialist (Temporary)

The Project Specialist joins the Program Operations team at PYN to support the expanding year-round and summer program portfolio. Overall, the individual will work closely with the Program Operations team to manage communication with internal and external stakeholders and oversee programmatic- and compliance-related activities.

The individual will work with the Program Operations team to support year-round and summer programs, as well as to assist with the onboarding of seasonal staff. The Senior Project Specialist will additionally communicate with providers and partners and support the coordination of training materials and information about PYN’s program portfolio.

Data Intern (Temporary)

The Data Intern joins the Program Learning and Development (PLD) team at PYN to support the expanding data needs of the organization. Overall, the individual will work closely with the PLD team to analyze data related to our internal programs and collaborative projects. We are working in partnership with the Aspen Institute and the United Way to examine our data with a focus on racial equity. The Data Intern with support both of those grant funded projects. Additionally, the Data Intern will support the Program Evaluation Analyst in the cleaning and analyzing of data related to internal programs.

Director, Service Strategy and Innovation

The Service Strategy and Innovation Department is responsible for program design, continuous improvement, program evaluation efforts and management of several pilots.

The Director, Service Strategy and Innovation’s primary work responsibilities span the following areas:

  • Leading PYN’s efforts to develop new models, evaluate service strategies and develop strategies for continuous learning and improvement.
  • Building strong collaborative partnerships with internal/external stakeholders to achieve PYN’s goals.
  • Provide strategic leadership for the department, division and PYN overall.

Project Associate (Temporary)

The Project Assistant joins the Program Operations team at PYN to support the expanding year-round and summer program portfolio. Overall, the individual will work closely with the Program Operations team to support communication with internal and external stakeholders and oversee programmatic- and compliance-related issues.

The individual will coordinate multiple tasks related to quality review and data entry and tracking for participants and worksites. In addition, they will support programmatic monitoring site visits to ensure compliance and carry out related functions.

Business Partnership Manager

The Business Partnerships Manager (BPM) will build and maintain relationships with partners locally, regionally and nationally to expand career-connected education opportunities for Philadelphia’s youth and young adults. The BPM will work closely with the Director, Partnerships for Employment Pathways and other members of the department to increase employer investment and participation in City-wide summer and year-round and career exposure initiatives as well as the visibility of PYN within the business community.
